All orders are shipped in recyclable or re-used materials via Canada Post. Shipping rates within Canada are a flat $11 fee. A tracking number will be provided to you, once mailed out.

Due to the nature of organic products, we have a no-return policy on any goods purchased.

If your item arrives damaged from shipping, please reach out to us and we will work together to find a solution.

All consultation sessions, once completed, are non-refundable.

The initial consultation is a one time investment of $150+hst and includes: our 90 minute discussion of your health concerns, physical assessments (TCM tongue & pulse, Iridology, nails, and skin), custom formulation of your herbal formulas, a comprehensive protocol sheet with supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and email support in between sessions.

Follow up appointments are charged between $35-$90, depending on time spent - ranging from 25 to 55 minutes.

To keep herbal protocols affordable & accessible, our teas and tinctures are priced below market value.

Teas are sold by 200 grams for $32.
Tinctures are $24 for 100 mL and $55 for 250 mL.

Your herbal protocol will usually include at least one tea and one tincture lasting about a month, and (depending on the health concern) it is usually recommended to take the herbs for at least 3 months.
